Presenter: Byron Ricks, Microsoft Corporation
Date Recorded: December 4, 2014
This is a free webinar.

Abstract

When it comes to content, the Microsoft technical community is a teeming ocean. The community generates blogs, answers questions on technology forums, contributes to the TechNet Wiki, and tweets announcements of new content offerings. But how to find it—and then make sense of it? In November 2013 Microsoft launched Curah! to provide a platform where the best content can be curated into coherent answers.

In this presentation you'll learn how curating community generated content is impacting both customers and the Microsoft content creation team. You'll get insight into why we think this innovation is a significant evolution in our community content strategy and how we see the strategy evolving over time.
