Presenter
Marta Rauch is a Principal Information Developer and team lead at Oracle, where she plays a key role in her department’s strategy for mobile user assistance. She has also developed mobile content for Remedy products at BMC Software. Marta has published articles on mobile usability in CIDM Best Practices and STC Intercom and enjoys sharing her passion for mobile at conferences and webinars throughout the US and Europe. With over 20 years of experience in technical communication, Marta has received 15 STC awards at the local, national, and international level for individual and team projects. An STC senior member and mentor for the Silicon Valley Chapter, she holds a BA from Stanford University, a teaching credential, and a Certificate in Managing the Development of Technical Information.
