Capital One

Like many organizations, the Capital One IT organization had many departments without a strategy for sharing business critical information, which led to “silos” of information inaccessible to anyone outside the department. Comtech helped Capital One define business critical information for placement in an IT wide content management system and helped them assess how current tools in place could play a role in the entire information management strategy. Through analysis of the information, tools, and processes, Comtech provided efficient processes, standards, procedures, and guidelines for providing quick efficient access to information to all members of the IT organization.
